A photograph is scanned
into the computer, and then digitally enhanced with various art
programs, creating a new background, and changing certain colors, etc.
The new creation is printed on either glossy photo paper or canvas
paper, ready to be framed and cherished for years to come!. |

orders within 2 to 3 weeks of receiving them. During the holiday

What Is A Giclée
Print? |

A.

Giclée is a French word and means
"the spraying of paint". A term used today, to refer to a
unique printing technology. Giclée prints are known to be used by
Museums to display works of art, normally kept in the museums
basement vaults. A Giclée Print is simply the closest duplication
of an original artwork that is humanly, mechanically, or technically
possible |

Will I get my
original photographs returned? |

Yes, we promise, all
photographs will be returned, with completed order. |

What if I have more
than 1 pet in the photograph, does that cost more? |

A. |
Yes. There is an
additional $ 20.00 charge for each additional pet. Also, for an
additional charge we can recreate a photograph with humans and their
pets, in it as well! |

Can I view the
PetArtPix Creation online, before you ship it, to make sure I like
the colors, etc. |

Yes, we e-mail an
attachment of the photograph if you have checked that area on the
order form, and included your e-mail address. |

What is the best kind
of photograph to choose? |
|
A. |
A favorite pose, and
interesting background would be best, but we can manipulate the
background, so as long as it is a favorite pose of your "best
friend", and is a well focused black & white or color
photograph that is 4 x 6 or larger it should work fine. |

Can I e-mail you a
digital photo attachment, instead of mailing an actual photograph? |
|
A. |
We prefer working with
actual photographs, but we will work with a digital attachment, if
the resolution is 300 or higher. You would need to get your film
developed on a cd, or scan a favorite shot into your computer to do
this. Do not use the digital camera shots from a low pixel digital
camera, those are good quality for viewing on the computer screen
only, they will not print out as an enlarged sharp photo. You can
email us for detailed instructions. |

Can I use my
PetArtPix Creation for commercial use, on business cards, as my logo
or as advertisement in anyway? |

No I'm sorry, but
PetArtPix Creations retains the reproduction rights on your
recreated photograph. Please call us if you have a commercial use
inquiry, and we can discuss licensing agreements. |

What if I'm not happy
with my PetArtPix Creation? |

A. |
We want you to be
thrilled with your art work, and we do offer a satisfaction
guarantee. The best way to ensure your happiness is to request to be
e-mailed a preview, prior to our shipping your order. At that time,
if you would like some tweaking done, we will be happy to make some
color changes, prior to printing. |
